1: What is MUQIT?
MUQIT is a term used for a skilled tradesman such as an Electrician, Plumber,
AC Technician, Painter or Carpenter, Beautician, etc.
2: What is “MUQIT” and what services do you exactly provide?
MUQIT is Pakistan’s first of its kind handyman services provider. We give Electricians,
Plumbers, and Technicians. We can also provide Wall Painters, Carpenters, Cleaners and
other Technicians to homes and offices in Lahore. You no longer have to worry about
finding a good and efficient handyman to do your routine improvements at home or office.
We specialize in construction, renovation, maintenance, and facility management services
also known as FM services.
3: Do I need to sign up or require membership?
No, you do not require any type of membership. Anyone in Lahore can get our services free.
Just give us a call and we will deliver you the details.
4: Why should I use your assistance?
Simple! Finding a qualified, trustworthy, and honest handyman in Lahore is just not easy
these days. We give handymen who are expert, professional, friendly and responsible.
We also promise satisfaction, and hence give you full peace of mind! We further offer
our assistance at very affordable and cheap rates. Thanks!
5: What if I am not happy?
Your satisfaction is our top preference! Subject to our Terms & Conditions, if in the
unlikely case you are not satisfied or if you feel like the job was not accurately
completed, we will give you another handyman to do the work as demanded. Please note
that you can only claim a free return help if you report a problem within 48 hours.
Additional note, we cannot give a guarantee/warranty on Machines, as their quality
is beyond our control.
6: Can I give you the materials for the improvement?
Of course! You can give the material and pay us just for the labor & service fee as
described in the “Prices” page.
7: Are your prices transferable?
Sorry, all our rates are fixed for small jobs. Our Charges are very cheap. Only our
regular customers can get special discounts. If however, you have a large work for us,
such as works related to construction and structural changes, we can offer you special
rates on a “contract” basis. Contact us to discuss further details.
8: How do I pay a handyman?
You can pay our handyman or professional in cash when he performs the job at your premises
and gives you an official invoice.
9: How long is the wait between the service request & the handyman's coming?
We aim to give you a handyman as soon as possible. Usually, the handyman will come at
you within 2 hours unless there are extraordinary conditions.
10: Can I demand your workmen to do my other works?
No you may not do this. If you want any work beyond the agreed scope, please call our
helpline to get more information about it.
11: What do I need to give?
When you call us, let us know roughly what work requires to be done. Leave us your name,
address, phone number and tell our call center agent a suitable time for our handyman
to arrive at the premises.
12: How do I make payments?
We receive cash and cheque payments. Residential and Corporate Member customers can serve
exclusively from our monthly billing and are not needed to make payments immediately after
13: How do I get billed?
We will invoice you after the work has been performed. Please note that non-members will
be charged a fixed minimum cost of Rs. 200 (in Lahore). For non-members in Bahria Town,
LDA, DHA, & Lahore, etc the minimum billable cost shall be Rs. 300.
14: What are your Timings / Working Hours?
We are open 7 Days a Week (Monday to Sunday) from 9 AM to 12 AM. We can also serve beyond
these hours (overtime) at extra charges as described in our “prices” section.
